When will my order ship?
Everything in our shop is made-to-order. Please allow 1-3 business days for production and packaging before your order ships.
How will my order ship and how long does it take?
All retail orders ship via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted or arranged ahead of time.
First Class Mail typically takes 2-3 days to arrive across most of the United states, but can take 3-5 days for farther or more remote areas.
Help! My package is lost!
Lost packages are the worst! Right off the bat, we recommend checking all around your home - each door, porch, mailbox, etc. before reaching out to neighbors, apartment offices, or your mail delivery person. Almost every single time, asking those around you solves the mystery of the missing package!
If it's still not found, please wait a few days to see if it turns up. Sometimes packages get marked "delivered" at the post office before they reach their final destination.
We cannot accept responsibility or reimbursement for lost or stolen items, including orders marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier.
All of our orders include tracking. If the tracking drops off mid-shipment prior to confirmed delivery, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to find a solution.
Do you accept custom orders?
We sure do! We offer personalized tote bags, cosmetic bags, and more!

How do I care for my order?
All of our cotton products (see products description) are designed to hold up just fine in the washing machine and dryer. If you want to be extra careful and avoid shrinkage, we recommend a cold or gentle wash cycle and low heat tumble or line drying. All our cosmetics bag we always recommend hand-washing or wipe clean.
